Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with TMBWAY (“we”, “us”, “our”) own by Waygo Outdoor LTD. By booking a tour or service with us, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

* All bookings are subject to availability.
* A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a non-refundable deposit, as stated at checkout.
* Payment must be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), unless otherwise agreed.
* You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information.

3. Cancellation by Customer

* If you choose to cancel your booking, the following fees apply:

*More than 60 days before departure: 50% of the tour fee
*Less than 59 days before departure: 100% of the tour fee (no refund)
* No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
* Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days, minus any applicable bank or transaction fees.

4. Cancellation or Modification by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, low bookings, force majeure). In such cases, we will offer:

* An alternative tour or date, or
* A full refund of the tour fee paid, if no suitable alternative is available.
We are not liable for any costs incurred by you beyond the amount paid to us.

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

* You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
* Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended. We do not provide insurance and accept no responsibility for costs incurred due to lack of coverage.

6. Health and Fitness

You are responsible for assessing your suitability to participate in the tour. Please disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to refuse participation without refund if safety is a concern.

7. Liability

* We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
* Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the tour.
* Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if they behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or illegal manner. No refund will be given in such cases.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, images, and itineraries, is the property of \[Your Company Name] and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Data Protection
